The Mackenzie’s
We love StarChild Academy Lake Mary for many reasons. We have two children attending, Peyton, 8 yrs old, who attends the after-school and summer program and Willow, 2 yrs old, who is in the Toddler program now and started in the infant program. The Teachers are excellent with great devotion to helping each child learn and grow. Willow has special dietary requirements and the staff are excellent at ensuring those needs are met each day. The curriculum is top notch and I know they incorporate play and learning each day. Willow can count to ten in Japanese, Spanish and English and is only 2 yrs old! It is quite amazing how much she is learning. Peyton enjoys the after school program as a fun time after a long day at school. They have so many games, video games and a wonderful outside playground plus the Teachers really encourage the kids to do their homework if necessary. Being a working Mom and Dad is hard enough but knowing our kids are loved and cared for each day gives us peace of mind.

The Franklin’s
Dear Stuart and Elena,
I wanted to take the time to write you an email to let you know how grateful my husband and I are to have StarChild for our son.
I know it may seem strange to say it that way, but when you consider how much he has gained by being there, I can not imagine not saying THANK YOU!
Our last school there was a saying around it, they would say well there are moms and then there is Rox. They all knew that I was a narcotic first time mom. I do not deny that I am nor do I think it is a bad thing. Both you and your staff have never said that to me. I believe that considering the level of excellence that you hold your staff and yourselves it would not be something that would be an issue.
We moved away, as you know, for 10 months, and the whole time we were gone from StarChild Academy it was very tough on us. We truly felt as if our son was losing out by not being there. I checked with about 25 day care centers and not one offered even half of the curriculum that you guys do. Our son, at age 3, was taking over the class and teaching the other kids how to do their letters in sign language on his second day at the preschool. The teacher was not sure if SHE was qualified to teach him. I know that sounds bizarre to have a teacher say that, but she did. She asked me where he learned so much and I told her about StarChild Academy and you could tell that she did not know what to say. They do not have anything like it out there.
We also love that you and your staff always make us feel as if we are getting special attention. The truth be told you do it with all your families, and I think it is great!
We also love the additional activities the children are offered through the school approved vendors. We think it is great that we can watch him all day on the computer.
I personally love the fact that his teachers are so interactive with me. They give me honest updates and it helps both at home and at school. Overall I really cannot imagine my son going anywhere else for as long as you guys are open. I recommend you to all the parents I speak with.
My husband and I both feel that StarChild Academy is the best place for our son for so many reasons. I would sound like a phony commercial if I sat here and listed them all. I think people just have to experience it to understand it.
We just wanted to say THANK YOU to both of you and your staff.
